We hope you love your crystal as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Please read our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • ALL SALES FINAL - with few exceptions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit.  

Shipping Damages

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and retain the original packaging. (Photos of the package before opening and after opening will help us with our claim.) We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Crystals are natural products and may have variations in color, size, and shape. These variations are not considered defects. We hand pick each item and search extensively for our one of a kind, ethically sourced crystals. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy.
